Job Description:
Zencon is looking for a Product Owner to build an end to end business solutions and to work with one of the largest retail organizations in the US.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Translate feature definition into detailed user stories that can be executed by an integrated software development team.• Build; maintain; and prioritize the team backlog. Maximize the value of a release.• Participate in Program Increment planning; Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Feature Demonstrations; Retrospectives; and other Scaled Agile ceremonies.• Be available to the integrated software development team continuously and be a subject matter expert on customer needs; feature intent; and product domain.• Contribute to the product backlog and roadmap.• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of your assigned solution• Provide product inventory and analysis support• Develop product change proposals (redevelopment; enhancements; versioning)• Assists with use-case inventories for product design; product launch materials; Internal and External Training• Product release planning - creating a release plan; working with other groups to drive the release and ensuring that all aspects of the release planning process are complete upon product availability

Experience:• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner handling large product development.• Experienced in collaborating remotely with multiple Scrum masters having multiple scrum teams.• Ability to highlight risks & issues foreseen and manage the overall health of the program in co-ordination with the Program Manager• Product development experience in a retail industry is preferable• Knowledge of Auto Accessory Sales and Service is beneficial

Skill Sets:• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience needed to operate independently with limited guidance and oversight• Applies a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems• Should be SAFe Agile POPM certified• Should have a Lean-Agile mindset and well versed with SAFe principles and practices• Experienced in understanding and documenting the customer needs and problem areas• Experienced in writing EPICs; Capabilities; Features; and Stories• Ability to prioritize work to deliver value to the customer
