Find your future with us.The Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Structures Core Engineering Design team has an exciting opportunity for an energetic Experienced Staff Analyst (level 3) in Everett, WA to support the Structures Core Design team activities.This position will provide support to the Director of the BCA Structures Core Engineering Design Team. This is a key role providing communication and integration across the BCA Structures Design Practices.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the above listed location.This is not a union represented position.Position Responsibilities:Supporting the management team to develop the long range plans and defining the organizational goals, objectives and initiatives effectively collecting, organizing, analyzing and synthesizing data from a variety of teams.

Collecting and providing data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedule and budget.

Monitoring and tracking plans execution and communicates status to all project participants.

The ideal candidate will also have both the background knowledge and the desire to dynamically shift priorities to take on additional cross-functional responsibilities, such as:Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials.

Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

Work Authorization:The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

3+ years of experience with articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.

3+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.

3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

Experience in data analysis, or other related business function

Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level

Typical Education / Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.
