Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Project Management Specialist (Level 3) to join our Business Operations, Functional Excellence team based in Everett, WA to support process improvements and future state architecture on the Integrated Planning and Scheduling team.This position provides support to the BCA Programs and Functions. You will support the development and coordination of integrated project plans across multiple teams within BCA and the Boeing Enterprise related to Master Schedules and Skyline initiatives.Position Responsibilities:Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).

Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.

May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.

Performs project management activities in accordance with accepted project management standard.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to project participants and executive leadership.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa statusBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)3+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects

3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor's degree

Experience in developing and implementing process improvements

Experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
