For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA), Bill Of Material (BOM) Engineering & Supplied Parts Organization has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Product Data and process Management Specialist (level 3) in Everett, WA to support the development, implementation, and analysis of engineering processes and data management for all Boeing Commercial Airplanes.The ideal candidate will have software/hardware systems testing experience and will have an understanding of engineering processes and data management requirements/capabilities. This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the above listed location.This is not a union represented position.Position Responsibilities:Defines, documents and interprets product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes. Process management: Procedural updates in the supporting documentation related to supplied parts. Process development and documentation to support supplied part process and Tech Data Package development. Testing process in appropriate 3DX collaboration spaces.

Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.

Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

Assists with development certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.

Supports software/hardware engineering systems testing and evaluation

Good working knowledge in PDM covering Supplied Parts Product Structure to support customers with regards to Supplied Part Object, Supplier Drawing/Document Object, and Supplier Attachment Object processes.

Be able to coordinate with other focal(s) to support releases as well as data cleanup. Candidate should be well versed in DCAC PDM, CSDT, REDARS.

Works well with general direction.

Additional responsibilities include:PDM/ENOVIA experience – production systems, supplier management, export control, system architecture, database modification.Production support: CSDT is an Enterprise application supporting all Business Units with upwards of 70+ production environments. The production support aspect involves supporting all roles using the application for these environments ranging from access, training, problem resolution, process updates, suggested improvements, etc. This requires the ability to communicate clearly with the application customer as well as the development team and other CSDT focal(s) for any items requiring coordination.Work Authorization:The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.

Experience in testing software applications.

Experience creating business or engineering processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required.

Familiarity in troubleshooting processes for software applications.

Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

Experience in developing engineering application software or software business applications.

Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Typical Education / Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.
