We are growing and looking to add to our team! We cross-train the positions, however, we are interested in strong dispatch skills for one position and someone with a bit of AR/AP experience for the other. The job involves sales, dispatch, and administrative support for the company, as part of the office sales/marketing team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls, quote prices, and receive orders for septic services.

Schedule services according to factors like truck capacities, distances to sites, and septic pumping timelines.

Prepare, work orders, tasks, invoices, and related documents to complete scheduled services. Maintain contact with drivers to expedite services.

Provide excellent sales and customer service for our Septic and Portable Toilet Rental customers.

Make outgoing marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

Dispatch Experience a plus

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and Google Docs is helpful.

Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.

Able to work in a team environment.

Ability to project a professional company image through both in-person and phone interaction.
