Job Overview:

As a member of the management team, this position is instrumental in executing the Browns Restaurant Group (BRG) philosophy. This position is responsible for creating an atmosphere that will inspire guests and team members to return.

The above goals will be accomplished by the proper implementation, promotion, and success of our operations through continual evaluation of the products and services provided while ensuring effective training of the service teams.

The Management team will instill a strong atmosphere of service excellence in order to promote self-motivation and will redirect performance as soon as discrepancies are observed/experienced.

Experience/Knowledge:

- Intermediate aptitude of general computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft products.

- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.

- Familiar with training of new employees.

- Minimum 1-2 years management experience in a high-volume, upscale casual, like-minded brand.

- Must have the stamina and availability to work 40-45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

This is a full-time, salaried position.
