Middle School Science Teacher (Bellingham)

The Franklin Academy is looking for a Middle School Science Teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, passionate, qualified middle school science teacher. This teacher will be responsible for teaching 5th-8th grade science classes as well as various electives. Knowledge and familiarity with Maker Space is preferred. This candidate should also be willing and able to serve as a mentor and advisor to a small group of students, moderate co-curricular activities and participate in middle school activities that support our program. He or she should be experienced in different modes of instruction that promote academically rigorous, engaging, differentiated, dynamic learning. Candidates should have experience working with a diverse group of learners.
