- 7 or more years of experience working as project manager on large-scale enterprise-class IT projects
- 3 or more years of experience working as project manager on IT infrastructure projects
- 3 or more years of experience handling multiple IT infrastructure buildouts at remote sites
- Experience managing remote IT infrastructure resources assigned to the projects
- Experience working with the business units across multiple projects
- 3 or more years of experience managing projects with several different IT engineering groups (Network, Voice, Servers, Workforce) and vendors
- 3 or more years of experience in handling the IT components associated to a merger
- Experience managing external vendors working on projects
- Experience managing project budgets and vendor expenditures
- Good communication skills
- Experience and expertise in communicating with staff, management, and executive level
- Good meeting management skills
- Ability to work with IT Engineers and upper management
- Experience developing and managing project schedules, impediments, weekly status reports and meeting minutes
- Experience in either server migrations or server upgrades
- Experience in leading large groups across multiple departments

- Proven ability to work with and facilitate geographically dispersed teams
- Project financials experience
- PMP Certification
