Duties and Responsibilities:

Motivated Sales Professional – Commission Driven.

Heavy Duty Truck Sales experience is ideally.

Understands and manages all steps of the sales process.

Creatively develops sales leads and solutions for both our small and large fleet customers.

Execute sales and marketing strategies.

Able to develop and retain the confidence of our Fleet customers. Understands and is a source of knowledge on all specifications of a truck. Able to become the “solution” provider.

Strong verbal and written skills

Partner with other departments in our Dealership building on all of our strengths.

Identify the products and services that best meets our Fleet customers’ needs. Leverages the strengths of our OEM’s and our Dealerships (i.e. Parts, Service, Trailer, Body, Finance and administrative team)

Must have a CDL Class A or B license or able to obtain this level in the first 6 months of employment.
