First Team Auto Mall, Virginias' #1 Volume New Car Dealer, is seeking motivated, energetic individuals that are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be professional, deliver high quality customer service and be a consultant to each customer to find the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist in setting up showroom and/or lot to showcase our vehicle inventory.

Develop an in-depth understanding of our current inventory and use that knowledge to assist customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to our first rate dealership.

Enhance customers visit by exceeding their expectations and assisting with their vehicle selection.

Collaborate with management to offer attractive deals to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Training provided, no experience required.

State Sales License

Valid Driver’s License

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

No prior experience or training.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
