Facilities maintenance position Hale's Ford Bridge area.

This is a maintenance position at a condo facility. Job duties included are mopping, cleaning bathrooms, general pool maintenance. As well as wiping rails, removing spider webs, changing light bulbs and so on. This position is Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with raises and bonuses as deserved. This can lead to full time employment if desired. Generally laid back atmosphere. Will be given a list of duties for each day to be completed in time allocated for each task. Applicant must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. NO FELONIES. This is a great opportunity to work with a very busy local company and learn all parts of maintenance and remodeling. There is full time work available all around smith mountain lake area. We stay busy year round. Looking for a person to grow into a full time long term employee.
