Maintenance Tech/Lead Maint Tech

Apartment community hiring for maintenance technician and lead maintenance technician.

Job duties:

Repair/ Install appliances

Repair hvac systems

Repair basic plumbing (faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)

Minor home repairs, drywall, caulking, cieling fans and bathroom exhaust fans.

Basic electrical repairs.

Painting

Decking

Fence repairs

Among other things.

Applicant must have EPA refrigerant certification and HVAC experience.

We have 2 apartment communities. One in stony point and one in chester.

The applicant would be required to work at both locations if necessary.

These positions do require on call rotation but split between several techs. So you would not be on call for several weeks to a month and then be back on for a week or two.

You would recieve extra compensation per week just to be on call and then an hourly pay as well if you get called to the apartment community to make minor repairs.
