Temporary General Help needed immediately at my house

I have an Immediate opening for a general helper temporarily, three to four days about 30 hours a week for a few months but could be up to a year depending on your skill set.

I need someone who knows how to organize. And by organizing, I DO NOT mean to make things look good by cleaning, stacking, making it look neat or putting it out of sight out of mind.

Organizing is matching items into categories, labeling them, cleaning & storing them properly so I can find things quickly.

Some things are heavy but not too much. It's more cleaning and organizing items to sell.

I'm in the process of getting the house ready to sell and I need to sell a lot of things and prepare the house. And to prepare for yard sales, flea markets and to sell online. Some yard & general house work is needed also. Some help finishing a privacy fence. Power washing and or painting items. Eventually the entire house, inside and out. Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers. Help repair small engines on lawn mowers, generators, jet skis & four wheelers. Help with vehicle maintenance and repairs. You don't need to know how to be a mechanic but mechanical knowledge would help tremendously.

The Bus stop is about a half mile away but I could pick you up or drop off depending on distance.

Pay is $10 an hour cash paid daily. Higher pay if you do a good job and days that require harder than normal work. We can also negotiate things you might want that I'm selling as well.

I do not want any professionals or couples/partners at this time. I just need help in general.
