General temp help needed immediately at my house

Immediate need for a general helper temporarily. Part time. About three 8 hour days a week for a couple of months but could be up to a year depending on your skill set.

I need someone who knows how to organize. And by organizing, I do NOT mean to make things look good by cleaning & putting the out of sight.

Organizing is matching items into categories, labeling them, cleaning & storing them properly so we can find things in a short period of time later on.

Some things are heavy but not much. It's more cleaning and organizing items to sell.

I'm in the process of getting the house ready to sell and I need to sell a lot of things and prepare the house.

To prepare for yard sales, Flea Markets and to sell things online. Some yard work is needed too. I need help with a putting up a privacy fence. Power washing things. Painting of some items and eventually the entire house inside and out. Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers. Help repairing small engines on lawn mowers, jet ski, four wheelers, and vehicle maintenance and repairs. You don't need to know how to be a mechanic but just need help working on them. But mechanical knowledge would help tremendously.

The Bus stop is about a half mile away but I could pick you up or drop off depending on distance.

Pay is $10 an hour cash paid daily. I can possibly negotiate higher pay if you do a really good job. We can also negotiate things you might want that I'm selling as a bonus.

I do not want any professionals or couples/partners at this time.

I Just need help in general.
