The Hard Shell Bellgrade is hiring a Sous Chef. The position supports the Chef on his days off by executing service, working side by side with the FOH manager and ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly. This is a salary position cooking four doubles and a half shift with two consecutive days off. Previous comparable kitchen experience is necessary. Please email us a resume.
