Our team partners across divisional Chiefs of Staff, Communications, HR, Finance, Workplace Solutions, Enterprise Supplier Management and our Tech Leadership team to enable our collective organizational goals.The Tech COS Team is seeking a Manager to help support the broader Chief of Staff function. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing executive-level events, problem solving and critical thinking ability and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPartners with Tech COS and teams across Tech to deliver on roadmap, owning and directing work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery

Helps to drive innovation in process and execution across our portfolio

Creates executive-ready presentations and materials

Leads special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree

At least 5 years of project management and delivery experience

Preferred QualificationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and follow-through

Experience planning and managing events

Initiative and ownership to drive work independently

Outstanding problem solving skills

Ability to function in fast-paced environment with flexibility
