Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical guidance to senior leadership in support of pursuit development efforts.Recruiting for this role ends on October 31, 2024Work you'll doAs a Pursuit Specialist, you will have responsibility across the highest priority efforts in our Sales Excellence organization. This position is characterized by shifting priorities over multiple, concurrent projects, communicating with all levels of leadership. As a Pursuit Specialist you will:
Support activity for Mega/Top Deal pursuit strategies for the go-to-market team
Manage requests for third-party support on prioritized efforts, understanding pursuit needs and vendor capabilities
Assist with the development and maintenance of capture and pursuit tools, templates, and guidance
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver with consistent quality
Provide accurate and timely communications regarding project status and recommended actions to close gaps
Ensure quality and responsiveness of all work
Provide document management and controls
Provide clear and effective communications
Work closely with the team to track status, and maintain schedules
Effectively use procedures, tools, and templates
Qualifications
Required
6+ years work experience
Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Experience in Federal Government proposal development lifecycle
Knowledge across document development domains to implement procedures and provide skilled support
Experience with the proposal development lifecycle including intermediate phases and processes.
Excellent communicator, both written and oral

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
