This position may involve working on multiple, concurrent, deadline-driven projects and support; working closely with Project Managers, Business partners and other resources during all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, and ensuring deadlines are met and output is of the highest quality. The successful candidate will:• Adhere to professional, software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.• Analyze business requirements and produce detailed technical designs for innovative software solutions. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the following tools/technologies:­ Windows server 2012 and 2016, and Active Directory­ SQL Server 2016 and 2019­ ETL process design, development and support­ SSIS­ Database Design and Data Modelling­ Erwin or similar data modelling tool­ Complex T-SQL statements and stored procedures­ Query Tuning and Optimization­ Batch files, Java script and PowerShell scripts­ XML files­ SSRS and SSAS Other Skills:­ SQL Server Master Data Service­ Power BI­ Unstructured Data and Big Data­ Data Warehouse design, development and support Education and/or Experience Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in computer science or closely related field and 7 or more years of experience. Preferred experience includes 5 years of System Development Life-Cycle experience working with large, complex ETL Processes.
