As we look to the future, Lansing is focused on taking the industry by storm through a best-in-class experience for our associates and our customers.As part of Lansing’s home office marketing team, the Marketing Programs Specialist will develop and own program expertise for all of Lansing’s customer-facing programs, including the LansingNOW e-Commerce platform, with the goal of providing exceptional training to associates and customers and driving adoption. The MPS will:Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert by developing and maintaining a knowledge base on all of Lansing’s customer programs, for associates and customers.

Maintain or create standard operating procedure documentation for all programs that detail program processes, rules, and guidelines.

Collaborate with internal cross-departmental teams to help develop, design, and promote Customer Programs, including customer literature, presentations, promotional & training videos, etc., that maintain Lansing brand standard and provide helpful, informative tools to our internal & external audiences.

Create and maintain training videos on Lansing Learning for associates and YouTube for customer use.

Establish a calendar and cadence of recurring training opportunities to educate all audiences on Lansing’s customer programs and tools, including live and virtual meetings, and webinars.

Conduct detailed reporting and analysis on customer program enrollment and trends; provide detailed reporting to marketing and sales leadership on findings.

Help draft annual marketing plan to promote and driving awareness on Lansing’s customer programs; provide direction to, and collaborate with, Marketing operations on execution of the communications

Regularly engage with customers and the Lansing sales team to provide “voice of customer” feedback on programs and potential for innovation; look for innovative opportunities to “wow” our customers.

Be able to professionally represent the Lansing marketing team with on-site coordination at select events requiring periodic, mandatory travel such as national & regional sales meetings, branch grand opening events and more.

Provide daily support answering incoming customer inquiries relative to Customer Programs.

Interface with various technology platforms used to manage customer programs including LansingNOW, Salesforce, Cvent, among others. Assist with testing and maintaining these systems on a regular basis.

Execute projects/tasks related to customer programs and events as determined by Customer Engagement Manager, including ad hoc projects, and/or on-going report generation; Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:A Bachelors in Marketing or related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or sales-related role preferred.

Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel. Role requires ability to use advanced MS Excel functions and formulas in day to day work.

Travel requirement 25%, US only.

Excellent communication and grammar skills; includes ability to write/speak in a professional demeanor with all levels of staff and customers.

Solid relationship building and management skills.

Must be a creative problem solver and self-motivated starter in the absence of supervision.

Ability to successfully understand, manage, and improve upon detailed processes.

Accept constructive feedback when given; act upon input as appropriate.

The ability to adapt and provide flexibility within a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Exceptional planning and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
