Client would like to see is a candidate with more independent design experience, more WAN/layer 3 knowledge, and experience working in a large corporate environment Would prefer a candidate with a CCNP/CCDP certification or similar Top Must Have Skills: - Knowledge of Cisco hardware/design. - General networking knowledge. - Ability to create network designs/documents in Visio. Top Nice to Have Skills - Data Center design knowledge - WiFi design knowledge - SD-WAN design knowledge Soft Skill Requirements: - Able to solve problems and determine project requirements. - Self-motivated and work with limited to no supervision.
