Intelligence Community R&D Product Architect

Core4ce is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to support research, development, and product portfolio management and drive business growth across the variety of service offerings including mission operations support, data management, cybersecurity, and engineering. Required SkillsThe candidate must be an expert in system design, software engineering, process definition, data and component modeling of customized information technology solutions for a wide variety of commercial and public sector products and services.The candidate must also possess strong communication and organizational skills, and commitment to building and leading technical teams that are focused on excellence.Required ExperienceThe candidate must have over 15 years of experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems including entitlement management (EM), secure token server (STS) and both role based (RBAC) and attribute based access control (ABAC) enterprise systems.The candidate must also have significant expertise and solid, effective skills in all phases of object-oriented systems development, analysis, design, and implementation together with the management skills required to lead technical teams.
