Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

Data base management of all relevant documents

Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

Requirements - Adeptness in Thompson Reuters UltraTax CS Software

Good understanding of planning

Practical knowledge of Probate

Expertise in Estate Law

Strong familiarity with Estate Firm

Earlier work involving Probate

Estate planning experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office

Comprehensive knowledge of ParaLegals

Probate Law experience highly preferred

Background working with Probate Law

Experience with Thompson Reuters TaxStream Software

General familiarity with Probate & Estate Administration

Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued

Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Customer service oriented communication skills
