The Places team is hiring a passionate and mission-driven leader to deliver a five-star experience to each person who enters our spaces. Reporting to the Senior Director of Americas Places, you will lead our Americas Regional Workplace Operations team and oversee all aspects of operations, services, and facilities management for over 20 managed and serviced locations throughout the US, Canada & Latin America. You will also partner with our Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Business Services teams to deliver a wide variety of projects and employee fun, food and wellbeing programs throughout the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Overall leadership responsibility for overseeing the Americas Regional Workplace Operations team.

  • Lead, develop and grow the AMER Regional Workplace Operations team to drive and create a performance culture.

  • Drive end-to-end employee experiences across our regional workspaces.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and manage the regional annual operating (OPEX) budget process.

  • Collaboratively partner with senior leaders across PANW and the Americas region to support their business objectives.

  • Be a thought leader and provide forward-thinking workplace and real estate solutions utilizing market intelligence.

  • You will work with Americas Business Services, Safety & Security, IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, and other key stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure best practices in all aspects of the work.

  • You will communicate regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders and should be comfortable collaborating with all levels in the company.

  • Partner with other Places regional operations leads to drive synergy and global alignment across the team.

  • Partner with our Prime Sustainability team to drive our environment and sustainability goals forward.

  • Serve as an escalation point and be accountable for all Places business across the region.

  • Gather and translate business insights to support long-term operations strategies that leverage the power of our brand.

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans, managing annual operating (OPEX) budget processes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 7 years leadership level workplace and facilities management experience

  • Experience working with senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills ideally with experience presenting to executives.

  • An ability to make critical decisions and resolve complex problems in a collaborative environment.

  • Experience managing staff and third-party service providers with strong understanding of IFM.

  • Team player with excellent communication and listening skills who exercises diplomacy in all personal and business interactions

  • A solid understanding and working knowledge of the end to end processes / practices related to facilities management and workplace operations.

  • Strong business and financial management acumen.

  • Ability to effectively respond to sensitive and complex business and people issues.

  • Ability to work with international teams, in different time zones as needed.
