Experienced Maintenance Technician

GTB Enterprise Inc is hiring for experienced change of occupancy maintenance technicians in both the Williamsburg and Virginia Beach areas. Skills such as changing light fixtures, replacing appliances, hardware, toilets, and storm doors are examples of the type of work done for change of occupancy. Candidates MUST have a valid Virginia driver's license and have their own reliable transportation and tools. We offer benefits like 401k, PTO, vacation time and medical, vision and dental insurance.
