RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Norfolk, VA seeking a Senior System Administrator.

Summary:This position reports to the Manager of End User Services. The primary responsibility of this position is to configure, and support systems and services provided by the End User Services team.

Responsibilities: Senior System Administrator will serve as -service owner- for assigned IT services as provided by the End User Services team Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues related to assigned IT services Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting as required and follow up to ensure resolution Establish and follow standard change management procedures for assigned IT services Consistently follow established IT service management best practices and documented procedures As a Senior System Administrator, you will serve as primary administrator of the ServiceNow IT Service Management System Test and implement changes to the ServiceNow environment Serve as primary administrator for the Company's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system Ensure that master data sets are normalized, and error free and data connectors are working correctly (e.g., location and user lists) Develop reports that can be used to improve IT services and overall End User Services team performance Provide a point of escalation for End User support issues as required Technical mentor for Junior System Admins

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred Experience configuring on the ServiceNow platform (Jakarta version or later) Experience using Intune or similar MDM solution Experienced in designing ServiceNow reports and KPIs aligning with business objectives Experienced in configuration of the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher Detail oriented and ability to clearly document processes and workflows Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and globally Excellent customer service skills with the ability to display an energetic, positive attitude Ability to identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions Advanced technical knowledge related to Sentinel One or threat protection software Experience with managing and maintain print servers Experience managing Citrix environments Experience managing O365 environment Working understanding of Project Management and completing projects within scope Advanced knowledge of Server management ITIL Foundation certification, preferred Advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience related to master data management and data connectors (e.g., Active Directory, Core Tables, CMDB, etc.) preferred Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel preferred
