Business Development (BD) Executive in support of DHS portfolio of technology programs. The candidate will present INADEV as Primary Point of Contact in the delivery and performance of all DHS (United States Department of Homeland Security) initiatives.

Must have ship with the ability to obtain a DHS issued Public Trust Security clearance.

Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Leverage DHS (United States Department of Homeland Security) knowledge and relationships to establish INADEV as a leader on DHS programs and seek out opportunities
  • Manage all INADEV DHS programs and activities to represent INADEV as Primary POC to DHS stakeholders
  • Market INADEV capabilities and recommend solutions to DHS stakeholders
  • Lead all RFP and task order responses for INADEV on the DHS opportunities
  • Work with INADEV’s teaming partners as necessary to develop competitive task order responses
  • Promote INADEV’s capabilities and solutions to DHS
  • Oversee and lead all task orders from delivery, execution, performance, quality assurance, and subcontractor management perspective
  • Work with INADEV task order PMs to manage cost, schedule, and performance
  • Meet with corporate and executive management teams to review, update and report program financial performance
  • Collaborate with Technical/Contracts/Pricing and Program Management teams to develop business, technical, price proposals and cost estimates for task orders
  • Support business development activities as needed

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience within Federal Government Business Development and Program Management.
  • Recent prior experience working with DHS preferable at IS, CBP, ICE or TSA
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Knowledge of federal contract types
  • Experience identifying, bidding and winning RFP’s and task orders on large multiple-award IDIQs
  • Knowledge of agile-based software development methodology, DevOps, and cloud applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resolve performance issues when necessary

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
