Our client is looking for an outstanding Project Manager, for the LIBOR Transition program, who will be responsible for the successful execution of program level deliverables as defined by the Program Manager for the Multifamily BTO and working in collaboration with Multifamily LIBOR project management team.

FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST 5 – 8 years (no more than that) of Program/Project Management experience This role will have accountability for the following key responsibilities:Financial Managemento Track on a weekly and monthly basis all BTO and business resource allocations tied to the projecto Manage excel budget template with forecasts and actualso Follow-up on any discrepancies with the technology teamso Work with Finance to ensure data is properly uploaded via Planview into the Program SharePoint siteo Clear and effective communication with Finance, PMO, and Executive Management on the state of financesProject Managemento Responsible for producing detailed artifacts with precision and skill. Key deliverables include, but are not limited to thefollowing:IT Weekly Project Dashboard, with emphasis on accuracy and concisenessMonthly IT presentations and/or any project level communications as neededTechnical Requirements documents for upcoming business requirementsGraphical representations of any technology related needs via Visio and/or an equivalent toolo Responsible for ensuring key deliverables, project plans, and actions are being tracked and executed within the TechnologyOrganizationo Drive discussions with the required stakeholders to ensure any issues are being discussed and resolvedo Ensure there is proper cadence applied to all deliverables, inclusive of agenda creation, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and anyother PMO artifacts that may be requiredCollaborationo Work closely with the LIBOR PMO and LIBOR Executive PMO to ensure all activities are being delivered as defined inthe developed RACIo Work closely with all technology leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are being deliveredo Work closely with the BTO Program Manager and technology PMsSkills:5 – 7 years of Program/Project Management experience5+ years interacting with technical resourcesExperienced in financial management and must have the ability to use excel spreadsheet to track program level financialsStrong skills in developing all levels of communications, ranging from PowerPoint presentations, technical requirements, andgraphical representationsStrong communication skills through written and verbal communications, with technical and non-technical audiences, includingexecutives and business stakeholdersAbility to develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedulesPrior experience in matrix management and managing relationships between IT and the business, (not required, but nice tohave)Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure goals and commitments to timelines are being metStrong interpersonal skills to change with aggressive deadlines and changing prioritiesInterested?
