Maintenance Technician Assistant – WTH (Lynchburg)

The Maintenance Technician is a position focused on Minor repairs for HVAC, painting and plumbing. The position will require the completion of general renovation projects 7:00am-5pm Mon-Friday (some weekends), $15.00-$17.00/hour DOE.

Responsibilities: Must be able to communicate with maintenance contractors. Must be very independent. Technicians must be able to travel to medical facilities in the area performing park lot ice and snow removal, housekeeping, ordering/distribution of facility supplies and equipment. Experience with OHSA standards, and other necessary duties as assigned.

Candidates must be familiar with the following:

Good communication skills

Basic computing skills/office equipment

Able to lift/carry 50lbs or more

Able to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Use of basic maintenance tools.

Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors.

Must be able to manage time effectively

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: 2 years maintenance experience, good work, attendance, safety record, pas same day drug test, have clear background report, valid driver’s license and neat/clean work appearance.
