Location: Glen Allen, VA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Product Manager/PM

The Product Owner/Product Manager will help manage internal processes and their interaction with software and tools. This role will contribute to building an overall strategy and roadmap to advance B2C capabilities and will have direct responsibility for delivery of projects. S/He will work closely with other Product Owners/Managers as well as, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Development, QA throughout the development lifecycle from concept through implementation.

This person should have a decent amount of experience working in a B2C company, and be comfortable with:

  • Facilitating meetings to gather business requirements, reporting requirements, technical requirements and system designs in order to create documents including BRDs, Technical Designs, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Use Case Diagrams and Process Flows
  • Working with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, build and enhance the company's CRM, Telehealth and Billing systems
  • Influencing and educating business constituents regarding tools best practices and key capabilities
  • Managing projects by identifying key tasks and milestones, creating timelines and proactively managing various teams to meet time
