WWC Global is seeking Associate Budget Analysts to provide support and assistance to the program and resource management Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and other tasks as necessary to support INSCOM G8 and Major Subordinate Command (MSC) personnel in their budget planning, management and execution requirements. Responsibilities include:Programming and Budget
Procurement Request review and corrective action recommendation
Financial Analysis
Civilian Resource Management
Analyze financial data for trends and requirements analysis
Review MIPR and UFRs
Review Spend Plans/Obligations and Budget Execution Reporting
Recommend funding for execution per approved budgets
Compile Overview of Obligations and Expenditures
Prepare draft Budget Execution Reports
Monitor current year execution & audit readiness and internal controls
Provide year-end closeout support
This position is contingent on contract award. Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum five (5) years DoD financial management experience.
This position supports a U.S. Government contract; per the Executive Order 14042 issued on September 9, 2021, personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to fill this role.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s in Finance, Business, Accounting or Management.
Experience in DoD financial and management systems such as GFEBS, SABRS, DEAMS.
Fiscal Law and PPBE courses.
DTS experience.
GFEBS experience.
