Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching forSenior Project Managers to oversee the administration, operations, logistics, engineering, knowledge management, information technology, and program management functions of senior staff in multiple areas of operations. Successful candidate will assist P2E in all aspects of daily execution of the program in their area of operation (CONUS, USAREUR, USARPAC, USARCENT).Please note this is contingent upon Award:- 1 Europe (Germany)- 2 Pacific (HI/Korea)- SWA (Afghanistan)- Letters of commitment are required for all key personnel (The Offeror shall provide a letter of commitment for each Key Personnel identified, documenting availability to begin performing this effort at time of contract award. Letters are needed by 1 Jun 2020.Additionally, the Project Manager will:- Provide technical supervision and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the contract.- Lead the contract team in providing best business practices to the program office.- Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables.- Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office.- Provide oversight of staff and support activities.- Maintain contract costs.- Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.Requirements include:- 8+ years experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, managing complex tasks to include cost and schedule across multiple regions both in CONUS and OCONUS.- Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.- Prior Military (preferably Army) experience in acquisition and/or communications.- Must have experience running large complex Information Technology programs.- Must be have experience with Technical Expert Status Authorization (TESA) and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) regulations.- Must have knowledge and capability to fully deploy personnel into USARCENT AOR countries.- Current knowledge of PEO EIS P2E Mission- Operational Experience in Pacific, SWA, and Europe Areas of Operation.- Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (desired) in (Telecommunications, Computers, Engineering)- Minimum 7 years of related Project Management experience.- Acquisition Level II trained.- Project Management Professional(PMP) certificationMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview.
