We are launching our psychiatric services this October and seeking a Clinical Case Managerwho share our passion for mental health! Our new behavioral health unit will be an opportunity for you to be a part of a new and growing project, where you will have a voice and opportunity to make impacts on day to day patient experiences.

Qualifications

Part-time

One Year paid employment or a field placement in a health care setting.

Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Human Service field – OR - Employees hired prior to June 1, 2010 – minimum 10 years Case Management experience in lieu of educational degree.

RN with valid Virginia license. Master of Social Work Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
