(FULLY REMOTE) - Sr. PAR Specialist - Human Resources Apex Systems has an immediate need for a Senior PAR Specialist ( NFC experience is required)! This will be a Fully REMOTE position supporting one of our Major Government Clients. Below are Details on the Contract, Pay, and Layout. APPLY HERE VIA EMAIL If you are interested in learning more about this role, please e-mail your resume directly to: afescemyer @apexsystems.com Pay: $70,000-$90,000+ Location- REMOTE Contract Layout- 6-9 Month Contract to Permanent Hire Job Description Senior Personnel Processing Specialists perform the full range of Personnel Processing functions; apply their knowledge of federal personnel processing, systems, related technology, and reports to perform this work timely, accurately, and compliantly; and handle complex PAR cases. -MUST HAVE NFC system experience -Understanding of OPM Title V guidelines for personnel processing. Understand Nature of Action (NOA) codes - code x for level y means promotion - how to enter this and track it in the peoplesoft system. PAR and service computation dates (SCD) and Veterans Preference (VetPref).

  • Must have strong communication and be a strong writer
  • Performing the full range of Personnel Action Request Processing;
  • Responding to customer requests for information;
  • Making Corrections to Personnel Data;
  • Inputting data into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS);
  • Maintaining applicant/employee records in HRIS;
  • Running reports out of various personnel systems;
  • Insuring personnel actions apply timely and accurately
  • Interpretation of federal rules and regulations
  • Follow up and perform complex and challenging PAR case
