As an experiencedServiceNow System Administratorsupporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, a typical day will include:

Required:
  • Documented experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow solution with minimum of Madrid release experience
  • Experience deploying ServiceNow Update sets through the SDLC
  • Experienced with ServiceNow's user management process, user controls and personamanagment, data-security, and policy compliance
  • Documented experience with creating and maintaining data migration plans within ServiceNow to include ETL from legacy applications.
  • Expected to lead the service delivery process discussions and facilitate needed ServiceNow customizations, configurations, and dashboards to support the delivery process
  • Successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for ServiceNow operations, application health, database backup and recovery
  • Troubleshoot and remediate availability, access controls and other operational issues
  • Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems interfaces

Desired:
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatter
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON
