Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Vulnerability Researcher to work with a large non-profit organization located in Chantilly, VA (currently remote due to COVID). The Vulnerability Researcher will be responsible for researching and finding new vulnerabilities that could be a potential threat to the client.
Responsibilities of the Vulnerability Researcher include:• Utilizing disassembler technologies for vulnerability research which include but are not limited to IDA Pro, BinaryNinja, etc.• Utilize scripting knowledge of Pearl, Python, Ruby, etc.• Conduct vulnerability research on operating systems such as Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, MacOS, etc.• Help to interpret results of vulnerability research and write small sections of technical reports• Assist in maintaining the project schedule and budget constraintsQualifications for the Vulnerability Researcher include: • 1-7+ years of Cyber Security/IT experience • Experience researching new vulnerabilities hardware, components and electronic systems, • Strong coding background with C/C• Experience with Assembly Languages: x86, x64, AMP, MIPS, PowerPC• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related fieldCompensation for the Vulnerability Researcher include:• Salary Range: $80,000-$200,000 depending on experience• Full benefits Keywords: c, c, assembly language, x86, x64, amp, mips, powerpc, vulnerability, vulnerability research, vulnerability researcher, chantilly, virginia, va, nova, dmv,ida, pro, binaryninja, pearl, python, ruby, technical writing, technical writer, windbg, ollydbg, gdb, mitigation, dep, aslr, fuzzers, ctf, ctfs, software engineering, security engineering, assembly languageVacancy expired!
