Qualifications

Position is located in either Valley Forge, PA or Northern VA.

Whatweneed from you (Required):
  • Education: 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with Ph.D
  • Minimum Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI and Poly eligible
  • Strongcustomer management skills
  • Knowledge ofSAFe or Agile frameworks
  • Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, architecture, and verification/validation (V&V) processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
  • Strongrepresentational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
  • Provenorganizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments with multiple subcontractors

Desired:
  • Knowledge of GEOINT systems and products
  • Knowledge of Spaceborne platforms
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps
  • Experience with RFCs
  • Experience developing Trade Studies and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Experience with Enterprise integration and test
  • Knowledge of Program Milestones and Program Reviews (SRR, ATP, ORR, OAR)
  • Systems Engineering experience on large complex systems
  • Acquisition experience on small to large systems
  • Project management and acquisition management
  • Understanding of programmatic processes, including configuration management, risk and readiness

That's why we need you,a proven Systems Engineer Technical Adviser(SETA), to help us shorten the time it takes to get critical systems developed, integrated into the customer's enterprise, and operational to supportthe Warfighter. As a SETA,you will be an integral member of a contractor team working system engineering tasks for both legacy and new/emerging GEOINT systems. You will be staff in a Govt Program Management Office as SETA and tasked to support the customers mission by: defining capability roadmaps and agile features necessary to prioritize developer backlogs, develop CONOPS and COAs, create architecture products, assess system and segment schedules and risks, lead readiness and release planning events, support agile test and DevSecOps verification strategies and the integration of new cloud and on premises systems.You will have frequent and direct interface with senior customers.
