Qualifications

Required:
  • 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
  • Active TS/SCI and Poly eligible
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks
  • Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, architecture, and verification/validation (V&V) processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
  • Strong representational, oral and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical and concise products
  • Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government

Desired:
  • Knowledge of GEOINT systems and products
  • Knowledge of spaceborne platforms
  • Experience developing Trade Studies and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Experience with Enterprise integration and test
  • SystemsEngineering experience on large, complex systems
  • Project management and acquisition management
  • Understanding of programmatic processes, including Configuration Management, Risk, Readiness, Schedules
  • Experience with Requests for Change (RFCs)
  • Knowledge of DevOps
  • Acquisition experience on small to large systems
  • Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
  • Knowledge of / experience with requirement-capability or test-transtion Readiness events (e.g. System Requirements Review (SRR), Segment Completion Review (SCR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), Test Review Board (TRB), Ground Readiness for Enterprise Test (GRET), Ground Readiness Review (GRR), Enterprise Readiness Review (ERR), Operations Readiness Review (ORR), Operations Acceptance Review (OAR)), or equivalent

Thats why we need you, a proven Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA), to help us shorten the time it takes to get critical systems developed, integrated into the customers enterprise and operational supporting our nation.

As a SETA, you will be an integral member of a contractor team working system engineering tasks for both legacy and new/emerging GEOINT systems. You will be staff in a Government Program Management Office and interface frequently and directly with with senior customers. You will support the customers mission by providing technical advice in the design, implementation, integration and test of systems leveraging the latest cloud and on-premise technologies. You will coordinate with customers, system developers and engineers in reviewing ground architectures and system integration plans, assessing system and segment schedules and risks, leading system-readiness and release-planning events, assessing and supporting segment and enterprise tests, supporting agile test and DevOps verification strategies.
