SAIC's IT Program Manager will lead teams using an Agile methodology, across multiple interrelated projects to ensure their deliverables are coordinated and schedules are met. The IT Program Manager will gather, define, and track requirements, coordinate and facilitate meetings and technical discussions, and translate and brief technical concepts and requirements to non-technical audiences. Qualifications Required Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Fifteen (15) or more years of demonstrated experience in one or more of following systems engineering activities:
- Serving as primary POC for the program for all technical, cost, schedule, and performance issues
- Utilizing project scheduling and project tools such as MS Project
- Working within an Agile environment
- Planning and coordinating all program activities, including installation and upgrading of hardware/software, programming and system design, development/modification of networks, and implementing internet and intranet sites
- Gathering, defining, and tracking requirements
- Creating Project Management Framework (PMF) documentation, such as Project Charters, Project Management Plans, metrics, roadmaps, etc.
- Translating and presenting technical concepts to non-technical audience, including users, vendors, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Developing data analytics and visualizations using a tool such as Tableau
- Utilizing team collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Working in a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure
- Decomposing features into stories, sizing and writing user stories and tasks
- Working in an DevSecOps or Enterprise environment
- Desired certifications: Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Agile Certified, Six Sigma Certification
