RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager in Chantilly, VA.

You are comfortable interacting with Business, IT Development Operations, and Quality Assurance team members. Responsibilities of the Technical Delivery Manager: Managing and influencing the work effort of software development teams in the delivery of assigned projects and programs The Technical Delivery Manager will be providing accurate planning, metrics reporting, and status of technical deliverables, including risks, to leadership Overseeing multiple projects and development teams to ensure that goals are met The Technical Delivery Manager will be using deep technical knowledge to identify, manage, and troubleshoot potential issues and roadblocks Making hands-on positive impact on overall software delivery, working with teams on a daily basis to ensure delivery is staying on track Setting performance direction and monitoring progress and deliverables Technical Delivery Manager will be seeking out opportunities in our day-to-day workflow to improve quality and efficiency from ideation to deployment

REQUIREMENTS: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education 10+ years of combined technical experience (application development) and managing people and projects 5+ years of strong technical experience
