Direct Client Requirement for ERP Solutions Architect - 100 % Remote (100% Remote)

Hi , Please let me know if you're comfortable with the position detailed below. This position is an urgent hire. Location : 100 % Remote Full time They are moving from PeopleSoft to Cloud Fusion. They would like to have someone that has Oracle Fusion experience. However, they will settle for someone that has Oracle EBS or even SAP. This person needs to have seen a project from cradle to grave and been around to live with the ramifications of the implementation. They do not want a consultant that has come in, implemented Oracle and left when it was done. The ERP Solutions Architect is responsible for designs and oversight of applications for their assigned team(s). This involves the uniformity of application implementations under their influence, proper performance of those applications, and the team's developed solutions are within enterprise direction. This position will be responsible for ensuring that software developed meets Client architectural and quality expectations and requires a knowledge about all applicable business processes. The ERP Solutions Architect works with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop standards and design patterns. This position will work with various IT teams to champion the adoption of patterns, platforms, and architectural tools. Solutions Architect provide mentorship and are asked to provide positive and developmental feedback and capitalizes on teachable moments to grow others. This position is responsible for the technical training of associates. Essential Responsibilities

• Design flexible system solutions that meet and exceed requirements and can change simultaneously as the business grows.
• Provides proposals for solutions to deliver business outcomes and in ways influence business change and growth.
• Design sweeping applications that impact application environments within their team.
• Recognizes areas of improvement in the development lifecycle and recommend action plans.
• Creates, reviews, and develops software solutions throughout the team's environment and effectively communicates the rationale behind the designs.
• Designs modifications to existing software, designs reusable components, and elimination of redundancy in designs throughout their team's environment.
• Drives design consensus within the team while maintaining awareness with other teams.
• Develops and delivers technical training and business understanding for developers/engineers in order to optimize configurations and designs.
• Drives efficient resolution for system outages as well as performance and functional shortcomings.
• Engages in critical support situation and effectively, efficiently, and quickly drives to successful resolutions.
• Investigates new technologies, techniques and researching ongoing industry developments through a partnership with the Enterprise Architecture team
• Evaluates the ROI of systems development and enhancements to the IT Enterprise environment and effectively weighs the financial alternatives involved with various technical solutions and proposals.
• Partners with Enterprise Architects to assist Leadership with the forecasting of technology implementation budgets.
• Assists in the budget process to identify the Total Cost of Ownership
• Aid in the recruiting/development process for engineers, striving to bring in and help develop the best-talent

• 4-year degree required (in IT related course of study)
• 10+ years of ERP application experience, Oracle cloud preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud economics
• At least two successful ERP implementations with a focus on the Order to cash cycle - order management, inventory management and financial modules.
  • Implementation experience in one of the following platforms required: Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS or SAP
• 4+ years business process expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to report (R2R)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end development cycle
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle, covering multiple applications and modules.
• GIT/Subversion version control, preferred.
