Experience

Hands on computer hardware and/or technical support experience is a required. 2+ years of relative experience preferred
Level 2 with server hardware break fix and Troubleshooting experience required (not cabling)

Job Description

We are currently seeking Datacenter Technicians (Level 2 ).
The ideal candidate for this role balances technical skills, attention-to-detail, customer focus while following and establishing processes.

Education · Degree in a computer-related field. Associate degree in Electronics and Computer Technology preferred and 2 plus year of equivalent experience (i.e. Computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related discipline) Good to have: CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Server+ Certification, MCP/MCSE Certification a plus
