- Evaluate & develop user requirements, concepts, specifications, and acquisition strategies for Intelligence Mission Systems; support implementation of these systems into the operational enterprise
- Support advancing the Army ISR modernization assessment strategy in concert with Government client to inform a Campaign of Learning
- Own and support ad-hoc strategic projects and analysis, as needed, to advise senior leadership
- Assist the team in removing roadblocks and obstacles in order to deliver on specified tasks
- Support independent technical, engineering, and operational evaluations of Mission Systems (GEOINT, SIGINT, Cyber, EW) to support Government policy and decision-making
- Conduct and participate in Operational, Technical, Field and Lab assessments leading to a thorough analysis
- Conduct high visibility, sophisticated analysis to inform Senior Leader Decisions and support the acquisition, force modernization, force integration, and operational readiness for ISR and associated
- Assess, evaluate, and report on current and emerging technologies in support of the ISR mission space, both CONUS and OCONUS; the focus of this technology evaluation may include recommendations on system integration, design optimization, man-in-the-loop user-interface prototyping, and open architecture non-proprietary solutions
- Collect and analyze data, monitor toolsets for system availability, and aid in mission management and administrative activities in support of both laboratory experimentation, testing events, and live mission operations
- Minimum 12 years of directly related experience
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- SETA/System Engineering experience evaluating & developing user requirements, concepts, specifications, acquisition strategies and/or implementation of these systems into the operational enterprise
- Demonstrated experience providing professional level of analysis supporting design or employment of ISR capabilities (GEOINT, SIGINT, Cyber, EW)
- Recognized subject matter expertise within Military Intelligence, Counter Intelligence, or Airborne ISR with relevant industry relationships to support the Government Client modernization efforts
- Prior experience working at the Department of Army Staff Level focused on Airborne Intelligence Modernization
- Analytically-Minded, strategic thinker
- Well organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and operate with minimum direction
- Ability to influence change and progress through superior level of communication
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of time (including OCONUS)
