Job DescriptionCACI is the prime contractor for a large-scale integration and development transformation program that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. Joining the project offers more than a project assignment; it offers a career growth opportunity in a growing and strategic CACI line of business with great success for Federal and DoD market customers.The Product Lead – Salesforce is responsible for defining the product vision for the CRM component of the Navy’s MPT&E Transformation solution. They will support the Global Design and Fit/Gap Analysis to map Functional Requirements to product capabilities and define pilot projects to demonstrate the ability of the Salesforce platform to support the Navy’s Human Capital Management processes. Where functional requirements are not supported out of the box, they will recommend alternative solutions and work with the Design and Systems Engineering team to develop Gap Resolutions. The Product lead will coordinate the development of a Strategic Transformation Plan and Roadmap for the CRM component of the solution and will review epics to ensure consistent implementation of design principles across functional teams and alignment with the Pilot to Production delivery framework.The Product Lead – Salesforce will provide functional leadership for the CRM solution and will be the focal point for addressing design, scope, capability, and integration issues for the Salesforce product. This position requires an individual who can lead this initiative across multiple deployments, solution components, technology elements, customer stakeholders, locations, and releases. The selected candidate must possess strong strategic decision-making skills, superior leadership abilities, and excellent team building skills. They must have the vision to understand the customer’s business requirements and can apply current state methods and techniques (to include people, process and technology) to solve business problems effectively and with minimum risk.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Planning – Develop an Implementation Plan and Strategic Transformation Roadmap for the CRM component of the MyNavyHR Transformation solution Strategy – Work with the Navy team to define the approach for achieving functional objectives in the CRM space; provide expertise and technical guidance to support analysis of alternatives and decision-making; share best practices for solution development and delivery Design – Support the development of functional designs/epics and coordinate development of functional solutions across design teams Solution Development – Support Agile development and integration teams building Salesforce CRM solutions Delivery Support – Provide Salesforce CRM expertise and knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions Formulate and present design solutions and gap resolutions for internal and external customer review Prepare progress reports and update steering committee/executive management as to status, anticipated issues and risks, and problems as they develop Establish guidelines, standards, and procedures to govern solution development and delivery of Salesforce CRM capability for the Program You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience with 5 years’ experience delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions for Government Agencies and commercial organizations 5 years’ experience implementing Salesforce solutions Understanding of Commercial and Government best practices for implementing CRM systems Experience creating high-level functional designs, epics, and implementation roadmaps Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce applications, solutions, and capabilities Demonstrated success leading virtual teams in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging environment US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Knowledge and experience with the Salesforce HR Engagement application Knowledge and experience implementing custom solution on the Salesforce platform Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering Tools such as Cameo EA or IBM Rhapsody Experience delivering IT solutions in an Agile development environment Project Management Professional (PMP) certification SAFe Agilist, CSM or equivalent certifcation Domain expertise in Human Capital Management Systems Previous experience delivering IT solutions to the US Navy Understanding of Navy Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education business processes and application systems Knowledge and experience with applicable Federal Laws, Regulations and Policies relevant to the implementation and deployment of IT systems in support of the DoD missionmnhWhat We Can Offer You:- We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.- Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.- We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.- We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation’s highest priorities.- For over 55 years, the principles of CACI’s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Job LocationUS-Arlington-VA-VIRGINIA SUBURBANCACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
