Handle both internal and external requests for status of contracts

Oversee contract execution processes

Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

Review contracts to ensure completeness

Manage and maintain contracts database

Apply company contract execution policy and procedures

Insert contract information into company database

Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

Lead the complete life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis

Requirements - Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

General familiarity with JAMIS

Adeptness in government contracts

Contract Terms experience

Solid understanding of contract administration

Contracts experience highly desired

Contract Management experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Government Contracts

Contract Compliance experience

Practical knowledge of costpoint

Costpoint (Deltek) experience highly preferred

Hunger to discover new ideas and learn quickly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

Expert-level skills in diverse computer applications

Organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for expiration dates, future obligations, and other contractual deadlines

Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
