ASD is seeking a DEVOPS / SYS ENGINEER/ w Scripting with scripting knowledge to support its DISA JSP Program. As an engineer supporting JSP ETM, you will be trusted to review and evaluates information technology (IT) infrastructure and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards.

In this role, a typical day will include: Basic network capabilities (DHCP, ARP, DNS, VLANs etc.)Deployment and troubleshooting of large networksPython programming and configuration scripts including Linux, Juniper and Cisco switch configuration. JAVA and/or JAVA script experience.Creating Ansible scripts and playbooksManaging projects in GitLabWorking with IP Addressing architectures in large networks

Required Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
5 years of experience
Ansible
Linux skills (CentOS/RedHat or Ubuntu/Debian)
Linux scripting
Linux Server administration
Configuring systems to meet STIG Compliance requirements (other security profiles is acceptable)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Arista, Juniper or Cisco switches and routers
Aruba Switches (3810M or similar) desired
EVPN experience is highly desired
VxLAN experience is highly desired
802.1x deployment is desired
Juniper and Cisco scripts.
