Primary Responsibilities:Individual will be responsible for supporting the HRM PMO to achieve the following objectives:Ensure common understanding of the integrated master schedule for a complex program with multiple concurrent projects that may be interdependent.

Improve backlog management and release planning rigor where projects are following an agile/scrum concept

Assess project plans/milestones, and release plans that offer realistic means of achieving commitments

Provide means to track/report release plan execution performance and adjust, as needed

Traditional PMO activities that follow the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK

Facilitation and meeting planning support between business owners and developers/technical staff

Client and Project Description: The Human Resources Management division at CBP is modernizing their HR IT systems and requires experienced Project Managers to help coordinate activities across multiple concurrent projects and track the schedule. When there are schedule or technical risks, the candidate is expected to facilitate meetings and discussions to find solutions and support leadership decision making. To qualify for the Jr. Strategist LCAT, 3 years of professional experience is needed

PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable, desired
