Job Description

Clearance Level - Must Be Able to Obtain Public Trust

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with Prisoner Enrolment and Verification System (PEVS) or Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) systems

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft applications

Applications troubleshooting experience

Printer and peripheral device troubleshooting experience

Experience working with a service desk ticketing system such as Remedy or ServiceNow

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory

Providing supervision of other Engineers and Administrators

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

A+ certification

Networking experience
