Seeking a Secure Service Desk Technician with Active TS Clearance

Work you'll do

  • Manage a team that is responsible for providing professional and efficient support for a range of IT, software and others needs
  • Team lead will assist with the standardization of processes and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficiencies
  • Provide technical support services and troubleshooting for client and internal IT systems
  • Ensure the configuration of all client desktop hardware and software systems and provide proactive ongoing maintenance
  • Responsible for vulnerability and patch management as well as ensuring security system compliance across multiple environments
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout LAN/WAN and telecommunication infrastructure

Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous experience with Network Management System software configuration and reporting
  • Strong experience with server/desktop patching, vulnerability and patch management system remediation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong customer service mindset is the key to succeeding in this role.
