Lead a team of Recruiters on HIGH-VOLUME hiring campaigns
Perform HANDS-ON Recruitment Activities on the Delivery Team ie: (Talent Management, Onboarding, Sourcing, Virtual Networking, etc.)
Collaborate with the Operations Team, Process Improvement, work with IT team on roll-outs of automation tools and modernization of recruitment, sales & HR technical platforms.
Report to Management on Process Improvement, Hiring Initiatives and overall compliance
EXPERIENCE: 1. 5+ yrs. HIGH VOLUME, METRICS-DRIVEN recruiting experience, multiple years of experience recruiting in the SECURITY Industry. 2. Exp. leading Recruitment Teams. 3. Exp. improving recruitment processes with a high emphasis on metrics, standardization, rules of engagement. 4. High performing, highly entrepreneurial, extremely personable, works with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail, fun to be around, knows how to motivate a team.
