Data base management of all relevant documents

Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Support attorney through all stages of project work

Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

Requirements - Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

ParaLegals experience highly preferred

Earlier work involving ParaLegals

Good understanding of Civil Litigation

Adeptness in Litigation Matters

Prior experience with litigation

Experience with Complex Commercial Litigation

General familiarity with Litigation Support

Litigation Law Firm experience highly desired

Civil litigation experience preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of Litigation Practice

E-discovery experience preferred

Comprehension of Commercial Litigation

Proficiency in Litigation Documents

Filing litigation experience desired

Foundational knowledge in Litigation Experience

Discovery experience

Practical knowledge of Pre-Litigation

Demonstrated knowledge of Licensed Attorney

Background working with Litigation ParaLegal

Previous experience working with Civil Litigation Experience

Adeptness in Assist Attorneys

General familiarity with Litigation Attorney

Civil Litigation Law Firm experience highly valued

Practical knowledge of Litigation ParaLegal

Document Review experience

Knowledge of management litigation

Ediscovery experience preferred

Experience with Electronic Discovery

Hands-on experience with Complex Litigation

Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
